Explosion at fireworks factory in Mexico City leaves two deaths


(MENAFN) In an explosion hit a large fireworks factory in the outskirts of Mexico City on Tuesday evening, two people were killed.

The state commission for public safety confirmed that there are no other injuries reported, the explosion hit a factory located in Tultepec, about 20 miles (30 km) north of the capital.

In Tultepec, the production of fireworks is a key economic driver but the industry is now proved to be deadly after more than three dozen of people were killed in December, in an explosion at popular fireworks market in the area.
