Almost 88 property projects launched in Dubai amid H1
(MENAFN) The Dubai Land Department proclaimed that a whole of 88 property projects were launched amid the Jan-June period of this year.
Accordingly, 68 real estate projects were recorded with the government, reaching to an investment value worth Dh21bn.
Currently, the country is viewing growing interest from global investors, which has reinforced confidence in its real estate sector and its future prospects.
In addition, property transactions in Dubai increased by 16.8 percent in the cited period to Dh132bn from Dh113bn a year ago.
