Terror attack in Sinai Peninsula, Egypt
1. Japan deeply deplores the terrorist attacks against a military checkpoint in Northern Sinai, which caused many victims among Egyptian Soldiers in July 7 (same day in Japan time), Japan expresses its condolences to their families and extends its heartfelt sympathy to those who were injured.
2. Acts of terrorism cannot be justified for any reason, and Japan firmly condemns terrorism in all its forms. Japan expresses its strong solidarity with the government of the Arab Republic of Egypt and its people.
