House prices in Morocco fall by 5.9pct
(MENAFN) Despite the price of real estate in Fes growing by 3.8 percent, house prices have declined in the city to 5.9 percent in price index of active real estate.
Accordingly, prices of villas jumped to 11.4 percent, commercial premises by 9.2 percent and apartments by 3.5 percent.
In addition, prices of offices also recorded a small increase of 2 percent and land in urban areas by 2.8 percent.
Currently, transactions in the country saw an overall fall of 7.8 percent, while home sales have especially fallen, posting a decline of 47.6 percent.
