Ericsson obtains Zain Iraq services agreement extension
(MENAFN) Ericsson, a world pioneer in communications tech and services proclaimed that it has been awarded an extension of its managed services deal by main telecom services operator Zain Iraq.
Meanwhile, the extension comes, trailing Ericsson"s successful installation of managed services for networks, IT and value-added services to the Iraqi operator.
Furthermore, Ericsson will enhance its role as a trusted business partner by supplying a service operation center and energy network ops center to Zain Iraq.
Additionally, the expanded scope means the operator will be able to offer a better user experience by organizing the quality of service from an end to end perspective.
