Oman- Dhofar governor receives GRTC director general

H E Sayyid Mohammed bin Sultan bin Hamoud al Busaidy, Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar received in his office on Sunday, Dr Abdullah bin Said Abu Ras, director general of Gulf Radio and Television Corporation (GRTC).

The meeting was attended by Nasser bin Sulaiman al Sibani, deputy chairman of the Public Authority for Radio and Television (PART) and PART officials.

The meeting comes within the framework of the training course 'Digital Radio Archive', which is being organised by GRTC, in cooperation with PART in Salalah from August 7 to 18. H E Busaidy stressed the importance of these meetings that reflect the deep ties among the GCC states.

H E Busaidy was briefed on the training course and the role played by PART role in covering the activities of khareef season and Salalah Tourism Festival.

Dr Ras expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and hospitality and appreciated development in various fields in Dhofar.
