UAE Ambassador to US hosts Iftar Banquet

WASHINGTON, 13th June, 2016 (WAM) -- Yousef Al Otaiba, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the United States of America, has held the annual Iftar banquet, at the embassy.
The banquet was attended by a number of the embassy''s diplomats, staff, UAE students studying in Washington and UAE citizens receiving medical treatment in the US.
Al Otaiba highlighted the noble values of the Holy Month of Ramadan as it is a symbol of tolerance, charity, respect for humanity and joint work in order to achieve peace, security and welfare.
The attendees extended their thanks and appreciation to Al Otaiba and the UAE Embassy for the hospitality.
