Qatar condemns shooting in Orlando

DOHA, 13th June, 2016 (WAM) -- The State of Qatar has strongly condemned the shooting that took place in the US city of Orlando, Florida State, which left dozens of dead and wounded.

Qatar News Agency, QNA, quoted the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs'' statement as saying, "The State of Qatar reiterates its condemnation of all forms of violence and terrorism, whatever their motives and justifications, and emphasises the need for concerted international efforts to face criminal acts that target civilians everywhere in the world."

The statement expressed condolences to the US Government, people and the families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery .
