AFC Energy shares rise as Lanstead arrangement completes
(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors - UK) AFC Energy (LON:AFC) shares jumped more than 10% as it equity swap arrangement with financier Lanstead came to an end.
All 18 settlements of the equity swap agreement had now been completed with the company having received a total of 4.7mln from the placing and agreement it said.
The industrial fuel cell developer entered the combined placing and equity swap agreement with Lanstead on 8 October 2014.
Share price was up 1.5p at 16.1p.
