Price of Kuwaiti Oil down to USD 26.06 pb
(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) The price of Kuwaiti oil went down by USD 1.35 to settle at USD 26.06 per barrel Tuesday after being at USD 27.41 pb the day before, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Wednesday.
On the global scale, the price of oil went down due to an agreement between OPEC producers and their independent counterparts to curb supplies. The increase of demand for oil due to winter season in the US and other countries also played part in the decrease, according to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).
The price of the Brent mix yesterday went down by USD 1.52 to USD 32.72 per barrel. The price of American crude also went down by USD 1.74 to settle at USD 29.88 pb.
