UAE- National Archive discusses cooperation with Brazilian delegation
ABU DHABI 21st January 2016 (WAM) -- Dr. Abdullah Mohammed Al Rayes Director-General of the National Archives has discussed with Marcelo Araujo Secretary of Culture of the Brazilian State of Sao Paulo and his accompanying delegation means of cooperation in the field of documentation and archiving.
Dr. Al Rayes briefed the delegation on the development of the National Archives and its role in the conservation of the country's history. During a tour of the National various departments and divisions Al Rayes also briefed the delegation on the archives' developed work mechanisms.
Mr. Araujo stressed the importance of boosting cooperation relations between the National Archives and the Brazilian department and the exchanging of experiences and visits between the two sides.
