(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman Jan. 16 (Petra) -- His Majesty King Abdullah II on Saturday condemned as heinous terrorist act the attack which targeted an African Union base in southern Somalia and claimed the lives of a number of Kenyan soldiers and injured others.
In a cable sent to Kenyan president Uhuru Kenyatta His Majesty the King offered his condolences over the victims of the attack and said Jordan stands by Kenya in the face of terrorism which threatens the region and the world.
