Oman, Italy Hold Consultations Session
(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Muscat Rabi'II 4 1437 Jan 14 2016 SPA -- A session of consultations was held here today between Oman and Italy.
The Omani side was led by Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamoud al-Busaidi Secretary General of the Foreign Ministry whilst the Italian side was led by Michele Valensise Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the friendly Italian Republic.
The two sides reviewed horizons of the bilateral cooperation and outcomes of the Omani-Italian Joint Committee's meetings as well as discussing means of enhancing the existing ties and partnership on various economic cultural scientific and artistic areas in a bid to enhance the investment opportunities trade industry and education for the benefit of the two friendly peoples.
The two sides also agreed to complete the procedures to set up the Omani-Italian Friendship Committee.
