Qatar- Supreme Judicial Council Refers Experts to Public Prosecution

(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Doha December 30 (QNA) - The Supreme Judicial Council's expert accreditation committee has decided to delist a number of experts accredited to courts and refer some of them to the Public Prosecution due to their breach of duty and the corresponding delay in some cases or due to their refusal to perform duties assigned to them.
As they are legal assistants their refusal to perform what they are assigned to do or doing any act detrimental to any of the parties to the lawsuit is considered a breach of their duty the committee added that. (QNA)
