UAE- Dar Al Ber boosts management intercommunication with staff

DUBAI 30th December 2015 (WAM) -- The Dar Al Ber Society has launched a promising initiative to boost general performance and intercommunication between senior management and staff employees. The move under the banner 'Evening Cafe' will give staff a chance to take part in the process of decision making and pave the way for innovative ideas according to a top official.

Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Executive Director of the Society said that they will run brainstorming sessions to share and research innovative ideas constructive opinions and development visions. "Such interactive communication and team spirit are in line with the exemplary vision of the Dar Al Ber Society and its strategic goals over its 37-year procession of philanthropic work" he said.

The sessions to be held on a regular basis will see the presence of senior management and all staff he added. "The very first session has seen a fruitful discussion on possible ways to enhance thorough development in the society.

"The UAE's prudent leadership has paid much attention to the concepts of firm will determination and dedication to brave and handle all challenges and meet the set objectives by possible means" bin Zayed underlined saying "Each and every staff member in the Dar Al Ber Society has to exert their utmost effort to reach set goals and efficiently collaborate to ensure the success of the innovative initiatives being launched.

"Whatever success or achievement accomplished or to be attained is the fruit of all the staff" he noted. "It is not the work of a single person but rather the accumulated effort of an integrated and committed team."

The pioneering move will help make use of all the positive skills potentials and sources available with the human resources of Dar Al Ber Society bin Zayed pointed out concluding "We are trying to come up with a healthy environment for innovative work that meets staff aspirations and reflects in a positive way on the general performance of the society."
