Qatar- One Soldier Killed Four Wounded in Baalbek Raid
(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Beirut December 29 (QNA) - An armed group has exchanged fire with Lebanese army killing one soldier and wounded four others in Dar al-Wasaa area in Baalbek.
Lebanese army raided some areas of Dar al-Wasaa in search of wanted fugitives in a criminal offense in which an armed group opened fire at the army soldiers Lebanese army said in a statement Monday.
Army Forces arrested the eight-member group after surrendered them. The Lebanese army then called in reinforcements and sealed off the area. (QNA)
