MOU signed on Jordan's participation in EXPO 2017 in Kazakhstan

(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Jordan investment Commission (JIC) President Montaser Okla signed with First Deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan, Rapil Zhoshybayev, a Memorandum of Understanding on Jordan's articipation in EXPO 2017 which will be held in the Kazakh capital Astana.
Okla said Jordan is keen to take part in the event that is specialized in renewable energy, adding that a large number of companies voiced their willingness to take part in EXPO 2017.
The Kazakh official said his government will fully support Jordan's participation in the event that will be attended by 100 countries, noting that the number of visitors is expected to reach 5 million.
