Israel arrests 800 Palestinian children in October
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Israeli occupation forces arrested 800 Palestinian children in the occupied West Bank in October, according to head of detainees and ex-detainees committee Issa Qaraqe.
Qaraqe said in a press statement on Tuesday that the extent of arrests has not happened over the past years, adding that the number of children arrested each year ranges between 700-900 but the number reached 800 last month.
There are currently 138 Palestinian minors held in Ofer prison including 76 who were brutally arrested from their homes during Israeli night raids.
