Salehi Leaves for Japan


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Ali Akbar Salehi left here Sunday for Japan's capital of Tokyo to hold talks on nuclear security.
During his visit, Salehi will negotiate with top Japanese officials about development of bilateral cooperation in the issue of nuclear security, Iran's (IRNA) News Agency reported.
Spokesman for the (AEOI) said that Iranian and Japanese delegations have held various talks during the past months on that issue.
Salehi had said security is an important issue to the nuclear industry.
