Israeli Police Shoot, Kill Palestinian Schoolgirl in Hebron
(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Israeli border police shot and killed a Palestinian women in Hebron city near the Ibrahimi Mosque in the southern occupied West Bank, witnesses said.
A Palestinian witness told Ma'an News Ageny that he saw a schoolgirl carrying her school bag on her back, trying to cross the Israeli checkpoint near the Ibrahimi mosque before she was killed.
"An Israeli soldier asked her to take the knife out of her bag, then he immediately fired gunshots into the air," He said. "Seconds later the schoolgirl was lying on the ground bleeding after she was shot."
