UAE partakes in 18th Arab counter terrorism conference

TUNIS 22nd October 2015 (WAM) - The 18th Arab Counter-terrorism Conference came to a close today with the participants recommending further cooperation among the relevant authorities in the Arab countries.
The two-day conference organised as part of the activities of the General Secretariat of the Arab Interior Ministers Council was attended by a delegation from the UAE Interior Ministry headed by Colonel Rashid Saeed Al Qaishi.
The participants also called for measures to address the spread of extremism and sectarianism as effective tools for terrorism violence and animosity.
