GCC External Media Officials Meet in Doha
(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Officials in charge of external media in the GCC States held their 30th meeting here today to discuss plans and strategy for the media joint GCC action during the next stage as well as exchange of ideas and visions in this regard Head of External Media at the Qatar News Agency (QNA) Ahmed Mohammed Al Buainain said the meeting discussed the media strategy which aimed at highlighting the true image of the GCC countries, through events that would be held on sidelines of Western conferences and summits.
He said the outcome of the meeting would be referred to the GCC information ministers.
