Qatar to Host a UN Conference on Human Rights in the Arab World
(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Qatar's National Human Rights Council (NHRC) and the United Nations Commission on Human Rights will hold on January 13-14 an international conference to discuss promoting and protecting human rights in the Arab World.
President of NHRC Ali bin Sumaikh Al Marri invited Arab League Secretary-General Dr. Nabil el Araby to attend the conference. This took place during a meeting between the two officials at the headquarters of the Arab League in Egypt.
