Qatar- Prince Sultan tours museum construction site

(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud, president and chairman of the Board of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage, was welcomed by Sheikh Hassan bin Mohamed bin Ali al-Thani, vice-chairperson of Qatar Museums, in Doha yesterday. The Prince was taken on a tour of the under-construction National Museum of Qatar, designed by renowned architect Jean Nouvel with a unique design inspired by the desert rose. The Prince also took a tour of Sheikh Abdullah bin Jassim's old palace, which sits at heart of the National Museum of Qatar.
