Bahraini Jordanian strong relations lauded

Manama 21st September 2015 (WAM)--His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at Gudaibiya Palace today Jordanian House of Representatives Speaker Atef Yousef Tarawneh in the presence of Representatives Council Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla.

According to Bahraim News Agency (BNA) the Jordanian House of Representatives Speaker conveyed to HRH the Premier the greetings of Jordanian monarch King Abdullah II and Prime Minister Dr. Abdullah Al Nesour as well as their best wishes of further progress and prosperity to Bahrain under its wise leadership.

HRH the Prime Minister lauded strong Bahraini-Jordanian relations and their progress in various fields. He stressed that the situation in the Arab nation necessitates a key role to be played by Arab MPs in supporting the governments' efforts to confront ambient dangers and foreign interferences.

He urged the Arab legislative councils to highlight to the MPs the causes of problems afflicting the Arab nation and the whole world including mainly coercive immigration because of the exacerbated security situation. He called to work out a solution for immigration from some Arab countries by addressing the causes. He also commended Jordan's honourable stances in supporting Bahrain which reflects the specificity of relations between both countries.

The Jordanian House of Representatives Speaker thanked Bahrain for its stances towards Jordan praising development in the kingdom which is based on a strategic government planning spearheaded by HRH the Prime Minister. He also commended HRH the Premier's statesmanship and wisdom in tackling crucial issues.
