Blats in Baghdad kills 14 people, injures scores of others
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Two blats rocked the Iraqi capital Thursday, leading to the deaths of 14 people and the injury of scores others, said a security source.
The security source told KUNA that the first blast in Al-Wasthba area resulted in the deaths of eight people while the second blast in Bab Al-Sharqi led to the death of six people.
Over 60 people were injured in both attacks, said the source, adding that the injured were sent to nearby hospitals for treatment.
