Qatar- Kahramaa updates electronic database to issue certificates


(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Qatar General Water and Electricity Corporation (Kahramaa) has upgraded and updated its electronic database for water and electricity supplies to ease the process of issuing subscribers, "To whom it may concern" certificates electronically.
Such certificates mostly specify the location of the consumer's accommodation according to their Kahramaa connection number.
Accordingly, subscribers, whether locals or expatriates, could log on to the Kahramaa website at km.qa or open the Kahramaa application on their smartphones for the certificate.
Users have to enter their Qatari ID number and Kahramaa number, which have to be compatible with each other to get the certificate. In case the information does not match, subscribers should update their data at the website before being able to get the certificate.
Meanwhile, as part of the strategic targets of the corporation, it has linked its electronic network to other related services and entities at the central national database.
