() will receive gas production royalty revenue from oil and gas leases in Magoffin County Kentucky under an agreement with Slone Energy.
The company has assigned its 75% stake in leases which include existing infrastructure in return for its retaining a 5% overriding royalty interest in all gas production.
Its royalty interest will continue over any new oil and gas leases acquired by Slone in any part of the area covered in the agreement.
