Egypt- Airport officials ban Islamic preacher from leaving country
(MENAFN- Daily News Egypt) Airport officials at Cairo International Airport have banned Islamic cleric Mohamed Jebril from travelling to London.
State media said the preacher was stopped after a security apparatus requested his travel ban.
On Tuesday, Minister of Religious Endowments Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa said that Jebril "utilised the prayers politically", and "traded with the people's emotions".
