Kuwait- Defense Ministry honors media personnel
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Defense Ministry's Directorate of Moral Guidance and Public Relations late on Sunday held a reception for media personnel in recognition of their efforts in highlighting activities of the Kuwaiti army.
Among the honorees were KUNA's Deputy Director General for Editorial Affairs Saad Al-Ali, security and military correspondent Hammad Al-Mutairi and photographer Jaber Abdulkhaliq.
In a speech on the occasion, chief of the Directorate Rear Admiral Mohammad Ghanim Al-Theyab underlined the ministry's keenness to always be in contact with media outlets due to their significant role in serving the public good.
