(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Designer dress boutique Arushi Fashion Design opened its first store in Oman on Wednesday.
The boutique which specialises in tailoring wedding dresses and evening gowns has been operating in Dubai for around 25 years and has been brought to Oman by Areej Mohsin Darwish and Lujaina Mohsin Darwish.
Our boutique caters to a wide range of clientele said Mireille Loughli shop manager. 'Arushi is about making dresses fashionable. I think we're very flexible. We can work with any budget" she said.
Mireille said the Dubai shop had already been serving Omani customers but work to bring the shop to Oman began in January through her friends and clients Areej and Lujaina.
The boutique seeks to invite other designers and also to participate in local exhibitions she said. "We want this place to be engaged with the Omani society.' Arushi is an ancient Persian word for 'dawn' or 'sunrise'.
