Rak Properties launches 57 villas off plan in Mina Al Arab


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Demand for the first phase of the project was robust. The second phase comprises 57 villas ranging from two- to three-bedrooms.

Ras Al Khaimah — Rak Properties a property developer listed on the Abu Dhabi stock exchange has announced the launch of the second phase of the Flamingo Villas project that is part of the Mina Al Arab community in Ras Al Khaimah.

The master developer of the coastal residential project said that construction of the first phase of the Flamingo Villas project has progressed as scheduled with the handover of units expected by the end of this year.

Demand for the first phase of the project was robust. The second phase comprises 57 villas ranging from two- to three-bedrooms.

The residents of the second phase of Flamingo Villas can enjoy a range of amenities including a central park with children’s play area which is connected to phase one swimming pools and tennis courts. Moreover residents can avail of facilities in the wider Mina Al Arab community.

Mohammed Sultan Al Qadi managing director and CEO of Rak Properties said: “The Flamingo Villas project is certain to live up to everyone’s expectations of it being one of Ras Al Khaimah’s landmark developments. By the end of this year we hope to hand over the keys to owners of villas in the first phase. Today we are excited to launch the second phase of this project that will allow residents to enjoy the very best that nature has to offer. Furthermore Flamingo Villas will enjoy an array of amenities especially since it is an integral part of the Mina Al Arab development.”

Rak Properties has also announced that it has opened the Flamingo show villas for public viewing.
