Bahrain announces arrest of terror suspect
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) The Bahraini Interior Ministry announced Thursday the arrest of a fugitive terrorist and the confiscation of a large quantity of weapons in a warehouse in Karana.
In a press statement carried by the national news agency (BNA), it noted that the confiscated items include mobile phones with wires suspected for use in bomb making, ready-to-use Molotov cocktails as well as unfinished Molotov cocktails, tyres and wooden sticks.
Items used in rioting and vandalism were also seized. It added that legal steps were taken and the Public Prosecution was notified.
