(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Qatar National Bank (QNB) honoured seven employees who graduated from a National Leaders Programme of Qatar Leadership Centre (QLC).
A ceremony was held at QNB's head office to recognise the employees' commitment to enhance leadership skills and develop personal and professional abilities.
The graduates were enrolled in one of three national leaders programmes: Rising Leaders Programme; Executive Leaders Programme; and Government Leaders Programme.
The programmes for Qatari professionals in managerial and executive positions are designed in partnership with world-class universities and institutions.
QLC promotes advancement towards goals of Qatar's National Vision 2030 and beyond, which align with QNB Group's vision to support human capital development.
