World Education Forum Signs Incheon Declaration, Qatar Participates
(MENAFN- QNA) More than 130 ministers of education and 1500 participants adopted Saturday the Incheon Declaration, which encourages countries to provide inclusive, equitable, quality education and life-long learning opportunities for all.
The Declaration will also underpin the education targets in the Sustainable Development Goals that will be ratified at the United Nations in September.
A delegation from Education Above All led by Chairperson of the initiative HH Sheikha Moza bint Nasser. HE Minister of Education and Higher Education Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul Wahed Al Hammadi, who is also Supreme Education Council Secretary-General, chaired Qatar's delegation to the Forum.
