Jordan participates in 16th Arab Festival for Radio and Television
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Jordan is taking part in the16th edition of the Arab Festival for Radio and Television, which kicked off in Tunisia Wednesday.
During the five-day media gathering, which aims to improve radio and TV production, a number of Arab actors, directors and journalists will compete through some 150 TV and 88 radio programs and documentaries.
Jordan Radio and Television Corporation Director General Mohammed Al Tarawneh told Petra's reporter in Tunisia that the corporation is participating in the festival's arbitration committees of the competitions and a number of various radio and television programs.
The Arab festival has been organized by the Arab States Broadcasting Union (ASBU) in collaboration with the Tunisian Radio and Television cooperation and the Arab Satellite Communications (Arabsat).
