Kuwait to hold health insurance conference in May
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) The Kuwaiti society for health informatics is organizing a conference on health insurance on May 27 and 28, according to the society's chairman of the board Nasser Al-Enezi.
The conference will discuss governmental insurance projects mainly for the retired and Kuwaitis, and hospitals specialized in providing services for expatriates, Al-Enezi told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Sunday.
The event will also showcase Dubai's experience in providing insurance for both citizens and expatriates, while participants will exchange views and benefit from regional and international expertise in the field, he noted.
The conference, to be held with the presence of local and international insurance companies, will include workshops on using information technology to connect hospitals and health clinics with the Ministries of Health and the insurance companies, Al-Enezi added.
