Cityscape team tours Al Maryah Island
(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) A Cityscape delegation toured Al Maryah Island, the capital's International Financial Centre (IFC) and the home of Abu Dhabi Global Market, as part of Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2015.
The delegation visited Abu Dhabi Global Market Square (ADGM Square) and its four Grade A commercial towers which offer flexible office space and column-free interiors that can be tailored to corporate occupiers' needs. In addition, attendees interested in development opportunities were presented with an overview of the land plots available for sale on Al Maryah Island.
Ali Eid AlMheiri, executive director at Mubadala Real Estate and Infrastructure, said: "We are pleased to showcase Al Maryah Island to potential investors during Cityscape Abu Dhabi. With a significant shortage of Grade A commercial space in the capital at present, there is a growing demand for higher quality space."
