Israeli forces raze building in Jerusalem

(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Israeli occupation forces, on Tuesday, demolished an under-construction building in the Wadi Al-Joz neighborhood, east of occupied Jerusalem, under the pretext that the developers were attempting construction work without a permit.

Under the same pretext, the occupation forces' bulldozers razed a dwelling in Al-Ashqariyeh neighborhood in Beit Hanina town, north of Jerusalem.

Chairman of the Murabitun committee Waleed Abd Al-Razzaq told Petra that the bulldozers began demolishing the building at dawn. They also closed roads and barred citizens and press crews from entering the location.

He said the under-construction four-storey building covered an area of 1,200 square meters and was built on his own land.
