UAE- 2 people killed after car hits iron barrier in Sharjah


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) According to the police the accident was caused after the driver A.S. lost control over his car and hit against the iron barriers on the interchange.

Dubai — Two Indians were killed in a car accident that took place on Wednesday at the Wasit interchange in Sharjah.

The Operations Room of the Sharjah Police received information at 12pm that an accident had taken place at the Wasit Interchange and Anjad rescue teams and an ambulance rushed to the site to find two young men 23-year-old A.S and 24-year-old B.K already dead. The police had to used hydraulic cutters to remove the bodies from the car.

According to the police the accident was caused after the driver A.S. lost control over his car and hit against the iron barriers on the interchange.

The bodies were shifted to Kuwaiti hospital and will be handed over to the family after completion of legal and administrative procedures.
