Deputy PM meets Sudan party leader
(MENAFN- Gulf Times) HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Zaid al-Mahmoud meeting the leader of Sudanese Liberation and Justice Party Bahar Idriss Abu Garda in Doha yesterday.
They discussed developments in the Darfur region and progress towards the implementation of the Doha Document for Peace in Darfur (DDPD) on the basis of which the Liberation and Justice Movement (LJM) and other movements in Darfur, that signed peace agreements with the government, became political parties in accordance with the existing legal arrangements.
