Jordan- Showers gusty winds expected
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman Mar. 20 (Petra) -- The weather is expected to be relatively cold in hilly areas and mild in the Jordan Valley and the Gulf of Aqaba with westerly moderate to brisk winds stirring dust in the badia areas according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).
Occasional showers are expected in the northern parts of the Kingdom and gusty winds are expected in the badia. Meanwhile the JMD warned of low visibility because of dust in the desert areas.
A rise in temperatures is expected over the coming three days the JMD said.
Temperatures in Amman for today are expected to reach a high of 14 degrees Celsius and a low of 6 at night.
