Arab Human Rights meeting starts in Cairo


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Arab Permanent committee on Human Rights started in Cairo today its ordinary 37th meeting, led by the representative of the Sultanate of Oman and attended by Arab officials in charge of human rights issues and other non-governmental and institutions working in the field of human rights in the Arab world as observers.
Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Shiddi led the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's delegation to the meeting.
In a statement to SPA following the meeting, Al-Shiddi said the meeting focused on a number of human rights issues relating to the Arab world, led by the continual violations by the Israeli regime towards the Palestinian people.
