(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) The Ministry of Interior said in a statement today that Saudi citizen Saad bin Sanat bin Daij Al-Huzaimi was executed here today, because he killed Saudi citizen Aqab bin Mishan bin Saif Al-Anzi by stabbing him with a sharp object.
The Ministry said that the General Court convicted the killer; the sentence was endorsed by Appeal and Supreme Courts; and a royal order was issued to execute the sentence.
The Ministry of Interior affirms that the Government of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud is keen on enhancing security and justice, warning anyone who tries to commit such actions that he will be punished according to Sharia.
