(MENAFN- Arab News) JEDDAH: Sensei Shotokan Karate Club of Sensei Bong Bulansani the founder and chief instructor dominated the recently 2014 8th FIMAA (Filipino International Martial Arts Association) Karate and Martial Arts competition Championship Tournament held at Asian Martial Arts Academy at the Herra Street here in Jeddah.

SSKC performed well as they won most of the medals in all categories.

SSKC Orange Belt Nabhil Pingli Domingo fought his championship fight with a style to defeat his brown belt opponent from Tat Kon Tou Karate Club. His opponent was ahead but when Nab found his opponent in a nasty position he immediately attacked and connected with a back kick to overtake the score. His opponent tried to even the score but Nab again found an opening to score with a clear punch in the face for a win.

Jasmine Joson won the Kata Brown Belt championship with her fine execution and again won the girls senior division Kata Black Belt Championship for her two in a row Gold medals Sauda Dammang also from SSKC won the 1st runner up.

SSKC won 4 in a row this 2014. Double Champion in UFMMAC 1 in PKF and 1 in FIMAA with the most number of entries and the back to back Junior Overall Championship. SSKC grab 14 gold medals for Jr category with Blackbelt: Sauda Dammang (1 silver) Omar Askali (1silver). Brown Belt: Jasmine Joson (2 gold) Eeman Petrasanta (2 gold) Mokhtar Hussam (1 gold 1 silver) Walid Panio (1 gold) Nabhil Suaib. (1 gold) Mokhtar Hussam (1 gold 1 silver). Green Belt: Mansour Balahim (1 gold) Mahda Harun (1 gold) Abdulazis Hussam (2 silver) Rami Suyat (1 silver) Aminah Suyat (1 silver). Orange Belt: Nabhil Pingli Domingo (3 gold) Martina Madrileno (1 gold) Maureen Tapado (2 silver) Reeman Pingli Domingo (2 silver). Yellow Belt: Raiza de Taza (1 silver). Other members are Abdurahman Sattari Rayan Petrasanta Adam Petrasanta Fatima Unggala Wyatt Lance Abdulhakim Jamasari Sophia Suyat Hamza Suyat Margarette Marwa Askali Naef Jamasari Khalid Suaib Abigail Diaz and Jester Bautista.
