Saudi- J Law will never join Twitter
(MENAFN- Arab News) LOS ANGELES: Jennifer Lawrence the Oscar-winning actress has said she will never join Twitter after the Internet 'scorned' her.
Lawrence star of the Hunger Games claimed she is 'not very good' at technology including e-mails and social media.
She has now vowed never to join Twitter Facebook or Instagram saying any account purporting to be her was a fake.
The actress explained she had been 'scorned' by the Internet in the past leaving her willing to talk frankly about its downsides.
Earlier this year she was the victim of hackers who posted nude photographs of her on the Internet.
She has already spoken about the trauma of the 'sexual violation' calling for a change in the law to prevent the 'disgusting' breach of privacy happening again.
Speaking on BBC Radio 1's Nick Grimshaw breakfast show along with her Hunger Games cast members she has now disclosed her lack of interest in social media and technology.
