(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) A delegation comprising representatives from the Ministry of Heritage and Culture (MoHC) poets writers and academicians are participating in the International Book Fair of Algiers.
The ten-day festival began nearly a week ago.
Speaking about the event Abdullah al Harthy chairman of the literary department in MoHC said 'This is the 20th time that we are taking part in the event. The fair is a good platform for countries to showcase their oral as well as written literature.'
The fair is also a platform for many literary discussions added Harthy.
Representatives from two libraries of Muscat Al Ghassam and Al Damri are also participating in the event.
