EP to observe elections in Tunisia
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) The European Parliament is sending a seven-member delegation to observe the legislative elections in Tunisia scheduled for October 26.
The delegation will be led by German MEP Michael Gahler, said the EP in a statement here Tuesday.
The European Parliament's delegation will be deployed as part of the bigger EU Election Observation Mission to Tunisia.
The MEPs will travel to Tunisia from October 24 to 28. Their preliminary conclusions will be presented on October 28 in Tunis.
