Saudi, S. Korea discuss ways to boost bilateral trades

(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia and South Korea said that they are planning to hold discussions aimed at further enhancing the economic cooperation between the two countries, Arab News reported.

Both countries, which are currently the fourth largest trade partners, with the volume of trade reaching USD46.5 billion between them in 2013, are looking for ways to increase bilateral ties in different sectors though energy is expected is to be a key issue in the discussions.

One of the main projects which will be heavily discussed in these discussion is the King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (KACARE), a mega project being planned by Saudi Arabia, which aims to build a sustainable future for the country by developing an alternative energy source.
