Culture Minister Receives Message from Algerian Counterpart
(MENAFN- QNA) HE Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage Dr. Hamad Abdulaziz Al Kuwari received Wednesday a written message from Algerian Minister of Culture Nadia Labidi, inviting him to participate in celebrating Constantine as Arab capital of culture and touching on means of enhancing cultural ties between the two fraternal countries.
Algerian Ambassador to Doha Abdulfattah Zayani handed the message as he met today with HE Dr. Al Kuwari.
